President & CEO
While still in high school, Grady Gaubert started working weekends and holidays at Gaubert Oil Company, which his grandfather had founded in 1926. After attending Louisiana State University, he worked in the company’s operations division. When his grandfather retired, his father took over. Gaubert worked for him for 26 years before becoming the company’s third president in 2005.
VP Operational Accounting
Melissa Neal serves as VP of Operational Accounting. Melissa is responsible for accounting and financial operations. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nicholls State University. She joined the Gaubert Oil team on November 21, 1994 and began her journey as a administrative clerk. Melissa has been a part of the Gaubert Oil family for 15 years and counting.
Wayne serves as the VP of Finance. His responsibilities include budgeting, accounts receivable, external reporting including banking and all management reports. Wayne joined the Gaubert Oil family in 2014.
Josh Isbill joined Gaubert Oil in 2012 as VP of Sales. Josh supports our field sales and inside sales teams in providing the best products and services to meet our customers needs. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Berry College in Rome, GA and his MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Gaubert Oil Josh held multiple roles with Lafarge North America and Ferguson Enterprises including General Management, Sales Management, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Director of Business Optimization
Charles serves as the Director of Business Optimization. Charles works with all departments to ensure the operational processes, practices and resources are optimized to support business needs, company growth and financial objectives. He has over 30 years of retail and food operational leadership experience. Charles joined the Gaubert Oil family in 2016.
Chad is the Maintenance Manager for Gaubert Oil Company, Inc. and Gaubert FoodMarts Inc. Chad's responsibilities include the maintenance of our fleet trucks, convenience stores, and fuel and oil tanks. His experience consists of HAZMAT Training, DOT Compliance, the Dangerous Good Council, Inc., CSA Training and TCS Training. Chad has been a part of the Gaubert Oil family since 1997.
Director of Facilities Development and Project Management
William Steib is the Director of Facilities Development and Project Management. He is a licensed Architect and Contractor. He is responsible for the design and construction of new facilities, existing facilities and is a consultant to the Maintenance department throughout Gaubert Oil. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Louisiana State University and has held a Contractors License for twenty five years. William joined the Gaubert team in December 2006.
Industrial Fluid Management Manager
Gregory Gaubert is the Manager of Industrial Fluid Management. Gregory is responsible for developing Gaubert Oil’s reliability offering. Services include high speed flushing, dehydration and filtration, varnish removal, tank cleaning, lubrication consulting, and lubrication technicians. Gregory joined the Gaubert team in 2013 and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He also holds a STLE CLS and OMA-1 certification.
Supply & Distribution Manager
Wade Hebert serves as Supply & Distribution Manager. Wade is responsible for purchasing, safety, compliance and oversee’s operations of the facilities and marine operations. He is a twenty year Gaubert Oil employee. Wade's background has included inside sales and transportation management.
Brandy Braud serves as Human Resources Manager. Brandy is responsible for all functions of HR including: recruitment, hiring, employee benefits, etc. She earned her bachelor's degree in Management and Master's degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University. Brandy worked in HR in the healthcare field for 10 years before joining the Gaubert Oil team in 2014.
Rusty Tabor serves as the Warehouse Manager. Rusty is responsible for all the inventory and shipments in and out. He is also in charge of daily operations of the warehouse. Rusty joined the Gaubert team in 2006.
Morgan City Facility Manager
Jody Chelette is a manager at the Morgan City Facility location. Jody's responsibilities are overseeing all dock operations and inventory control. Jody worked as a warehouse supervisor for 1 year before joining the Gaubert Oil team in 2014.
Wayne Punch II
Houma Dock Manager
Wayne Punch II is a Dock Manager who works at the Houma Dock Facility. His responsibilities include overseeing all dock operations and maintaining efficient servicing. Wayne’s worked in the industrial industry for over 10 years serving his last two years as a fuel technician. Wayne joined the Gaubert team at the end of February 2016.
Houma Dock Manager
Tim is the facility manager at the Houma Dock location. His responsibilities include dispatching trucks, ensuring that all deliveries are efficient and timely, managing office operations, pricing and invoicing, and safe and efficient outside operations. Tim has been in the marine industry for 10 years. He joined the Gaubert family in 2002.
Violet Facility Manager
Dwayne Brogle is the Facility Manager in Violet, LA. Dwayne has been in Petroleum Distribution Management for over 20 years. He is the terminal manager over all operations for the Gaubert Oil Violet, LA terminal. His responsibilities include personnel management, customer relations, bulk fuel and oil distribution, warehouse management (ordering and stocking), equipment and site maintenance, and OSHA, DEQ and DOT compliance for the facility and operations. Dwayne has been with Gaubert Oil since March 2010.
Donaldsonville Terminal Manager
Randy Adams serves as the Donaldsonville Terminal Manager. Randy’s responsibilities include: direct supervision of all facility employees, building and maintaining customer relationships, bulk fuel/oil distribution and purchasing. He has been employed with Gaubert Oil since 2008 when he was hired as a warehouseman at the Thibodaux facility. He became a driver in 2009 until 2011 when he was promoted to Facility Manager.
Stephen M. Robert serves as the IT Manager. Stephen is responsible for all computer, network & communications. Stephen has worked in the IT field for 18 years before joining the Gaubert Oil team in 2016. Stephen graduated 1999 from L.E. Fletcher Technical College in Industrial Electronics Technology where he also earned his FCC (Federal Communication Commissions) C.E.T (Certified Electronics Technicians) Licenses.
Bridget Stein serves as the Business Processing Manager. Bridget is responsible for the Accounts Receivable department for Gaubert Oil Company, Gaubert Food Marts and Lucky Star Travel Center. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Agribusiness from Nicholls State University in May of 2004. Bridget joined the Gaubert team in August of 2007.
Helen Marse is the accountant for Gaubert Oil. Helen's main responsibilities are account payable for Gaubert Oil and Lucky Star. She also handles payroll for Gaubert Food Marts, Inc. Helen graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Nicholls State University. She has been a part of the Gaubert Oil family since 2004.
Emily Randolph serves as the Marketing Coordinator. Emily is responsible for all digital and print advertisement, building and maintaining websites and all social media accounts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Nicholls State University. Emily joined the Gaubert Oil team in 2016.
