Pre-Job Assessment

  1. Assess the job and develop a timeline that fits turnaround, product and outage schedules
  2. Perform Pre-Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks
  3. Coordinate with maintenance en engineer to establish flush plan and target results
  4. Take samples and collect baseline data

Job Execution

  1. Verify flush path and install jumpers
  2. Install flushing equipment
  3. Begin flushing process
  4. Collect intermediate data pulling samples every hour and screens every 12 hours
  5. Once target cleanliness level is reached, job is completed and final data is collected
