high velocity flushing

control contamination and extend component life

Removing contaminates and water before system startup extends fluid life and assists in maximizing equipment life. While proper lubricant storage and handling is the best way to prevent lubrication system contamination, sometimes due to process and environmental factors, contamination is unavoidable. Industrial Fluid Management's high velocity flushing services not only leave the client with a clean system, but our team of lubrication engineers provide our clients with a detailed report outlining performance and continuous improvement recommendations.

OUR PROCESS

excellence before, during and after the process

Pre-Job Assessment
____________________________________

  1. Assess the job and develop a timeline that fits turnaround, product and outage schedules
  2. Perform Pre-Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks
  3. Coordinate with maintenance en engineer to establish flush plan and target results
  4. Take samples and collect baseline data

Job Execution
____________________________________

  1. Verify flush path and install jumpers
  2. Install flushing equipment
  3. Begin flushing process
  4. Collect intermediate data pulling samples every hour and screens every 12 hours
  5. Once target cleanliness level is reached, job is completed and final data is collected

Summary & Report
____________________________________

  1. Details of job and timeline are provided upon job completion
  2. Continuous improvement and preventative maintenance recommendations are provided
  3. Lab results are reported, including ISO Cleanlinee
  4. A 30 and 90 day performance review is performed to monitor system
